Paul joined the Team in 2007, joining as a Technical Engineer, prior to taking on his current role as Business Development Manager. In addition to developing business nationally and some key account management, Paul manages the lighting column / structures part of the business and the Export business.

Paul has nearly 20 years experience in the highway / lighting industry, having worked as a Street Lighting Engineer at Kent County Council in his early career. 

Paul is a natural problem solver and enjoys finding the best solutions and outcomes for his clients. Having been a client / customer himself, this experience affords Paul a good understanding of what is required and what is practical.

Paul has an ILP Diploma in Exterior Lighting, is a member of the Institution of Lighting Professionals and is registered with the Engineering council at EngTech level. He is a Liveryman within the City of London Worshipful Company of Lightmongers. Paul has supported the ILP in the London and South East region committee for many years as Secretary and recently as Chairman.

In his spare time he is mostly to be found enjoying the great outdoors on a mountain bike or walking.
